From Clutter to Clarity: Understanding Meditation

To explain meditation in a really simple way it is an art of making space.

I was once decluttering my wardrobe when I realized that I’ve got to let go of the old things in order to have space for new stuff and clothes.

So many people have their wardrobes and homes full, not having any more space for new and better to enter.

I’ve realized that our minds and lives work in the same way. If you want a better life you’ve got to let go of the old people, places, beliefs, habits, and most importantly old YOU has to go.

During meditation, you sit with yourself, and you become aware of what’s actually happening in your life and inside of you.

It is also an art of becoming aware. You bring your focus on yourself and it becomes a magnifying glass.

You are so used to your life as it is that you don’t even think it can be better and different. You have accepted everything as it is and that’s sad.

The art of making space, understanding yourself, getting to know yourself, becoming aware, and creating a better life that you choose not what was chosen for you that’s meditation.
